Versions are inherently tied to their folder structure. To give you clearer context and faster navigation directly from the Products page, we've expanded your filtering and management options:
Parent Folder Filtering: Filter versions dynamically using the attributes of their folders.
Folder & Task Navigation: Jump directly to a versions folder or linked task in a single click.
Parent Folder Status: See the parent folder status right alongside the version entry.
Latest per Folder: Isolate your view to show only the latest version per folder.

You can now use Ctrl/Cmd + Click to select specific clips within a review session timeline to isolate your playback.
The player will seamlessly skip any unselected clips, making it incredibly easy to see how a non-continuous sequence cuts together or temporarily exclude a specific shot from your view.

💯 Column Summaries
Column summaries provide a quick overview of your data with metrics tailored to each column. Count folders, tasks, products, or versions, view status breakdowns, calculate averages for numeric fields, or identify missing values such as unassigned shots—all directly from the table.
🔄 Automated Status Updates
Eliminate manual tracking. This update allows for automated status synchronization across folders, tasks, and versions based on predefined triggers. For example, when a version is approved, the parent task status can automatically advance to the next status.
🔒 Project Setting Pinning
Maintain consistency from day one. You can now automatically create project-specific overrides for specified settings during project creation. This effectively "pins" your configuration, ensuring project-level settings remain stable even if studio-wide values change later.
Power Pack is a premium feature included with the Pro subscription.

✅ Guest Approvals and Request Changes
Guests, whether they're clients, stakeholders, or directors, can now approve versions and request changes with ease. We've redesigned the version feed panel to reduce complexity and make the review process more streamlined and accessible.
When a review is submitted, it appears in the activity feed, making it easy to see who has responded and who you're still waiting on. Review activity also triggers notifications, ensuring teams stay informed as feedback and approvals come in.

Creating review sessions is now much simpler. We've reorganized the right-click menu to make common review actions easier to find and access.
New options include:
Adding clips directly to a review session
Opening multiple clips in a review
Creating a new review session from selected clips
These actions are available throughout AYON, including Folders, Tasks, and Versions.
