Editing posted comment doesn't offer the same editing features

Creating new comment gives you few editting tools (bold text on selection, links, bullet lists, etc.) but editing existing posted comment doesn’t offer the same, only simple text editing. It would be great to have the same editing capabilities as you have with new message.
